Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Administrator to manage our lead database, optimize workflows, and ensure our sales team (Setters) has the data they need to succeed. You will be the "architect" behind our CRM, ensuring that every lead is tracked, every automation fires correctly, and our reporting is 100?curate.

Day-to-Day Tasks
Database Management: Maintain the integrity of our CRM data by performing regular audits, removing duplicates, and ensuring all lead information is up to date.

Setter Support: Grant and manage access levels for our sales setters, ensuring they have the right tools and training to log their activities.

Workflow Automation: Build and troubleshoot automated email sequences, SMS triggers, and task reminders within the CRM.

Reporting & Analytics: Generate daily and weekly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) like lead conversion rates, setter activity, and pipeline health.

Process Optimization: Continuously look for ways to simplify the "Setter" process by reducing manual data entry and improving the lead hand-off flow.

Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for any technical glitches or "confusing information" within the CRM system.

Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years of experience managing CRMs (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Analytical Mindset: You love spreadsheets and finding patterns in data.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Zapier, Slack, and project management tools.
Communication: Ability to explain complex technical processes to non-technical tea ---------- mbers clearly.
