CREATIVE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (ECOMMERCE / UGC)
Location: WFH

Reports To: Creative Strategist
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a fast-growing ecommerce apparel brand producing high-volume paid social content. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Creative Operations Coordinator to manage the operational side of our influencer and UGC content pipeline.
You will keep creator projects moving, organize submitted content, conduct creative research, and ensure deadlines are met.
This will allow our Creative Strategist to focus on creative direction, ad concepts, and performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
UGC and Influencer Coordination
• Write influencer and UGC briefs using our templates and brand guidelines
• Manage the complete creator-sourcing process through Billo, Insense, or similar platforms
• Upload briefs, review and hire creators, create orders, and track deadlines
• Review submitted content to ensure it follows the approved brief
• Follow up with creators regarding delayed, missing, or incomplete deliverables
• Organize clips, raw footage, and b-roll into clearly labeled folders
• Maintain an accurate tracker for active and completed creator projects
Creative Research and Support
• Research winning ads within our niche using Meta Ad Library and competitor accounts
• Compile relevant ad examples, hooks, angles, and content formats for review
• Maintain an organized library of competitor and inspiration ads
• Tag and categorize creative references so the team can easily find them
• Support the Creative Strategist with research and creative coordination tasks
Reporting and Pipeline Management
• Prepare a short weekly digest covering relevant marketing holidays, creator deadlines, platform deadlines, and priority concerns
• Monitor the content pipeline and proactively identify possible delays or bottlenecks
• Communicate clearly and promptly when additional information or decisions are needed
• Ensure project trackers, folders, and creator records remain accurate and updated
REQUIREMENTS
• At least two years of experience in ecommerce, preferably supporting a creative or marketing team
• Hands-on experience using Billo, Insense, or a similar UGC platform
• Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
• Highly organized, proactive, responsive, and dependable
• Able to manage multiple creator projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Comfortable using Claude or other AI tools as part of a daily workflow
• Confident asking questions when instructions or expectations are unclear
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience writing UGC briefs, ad copy, scripts, or product descriptions
• Experience reviewing creative performance or working with media buyers
• Familiarity with Meta Ad Library research
• Experience managing content libraries, trackers, or project-management systems
