JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a high-level Creative / AI Virtual Assistant to help build and scale a digital brand, products, and AI-driven systems.

?? IMPORTANT: This is NOT a beginner role.
- We are looking for someone experienced, proactive, and highly skilled in design, branding, funnels, and AI tools.

???? ROLE OVERVIEW
- This position focuses on building digital products, designing brand assets, creating funnels, and implementing AI systems.
- This is a creative + strategic + systems-based role, not basic VA work.

???? RESPONSIBILITIES

???? Digital Products & Branding
- Design ebooks, guides, and complete digital products
- Create and revamp templates (credit, tax, branding, client documents)
- Develop a clean, premium, luxury-style brand look
- Build reusable Canva templates and brand kits

???? Funnels & Websites
- Build and organize funnels (Stan Store or similar platforms)
- Restructure Stan Store into clear categories (credit, tax, business)
- Assist with website and landing page revamps (modern, high-converting)
- Create lead magnets and funnel flows

???? AI Content & Systems
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, AI image tools, video tools, etc.)
- Create AI-generated visuals and short-form videos
- Build and organize AI content systems
- Develop and structure GPTs for business use
- Assist with automation workflows and scalable systems

???? Content Support
- Create high-quality visuals aligned with the brand
- Turn raw ideas into complete, ready-to-post content packages
- Help organize and structure the full digital ecosystem

? REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in digital product creation + branding
- Strong skills in Canva (or similar design tools)
- Experience with funnels (Stan Store, GHL, ClickFunnels, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, image/video AI tools, etc.)
- Strong understanding of modern, high-converting design
- Ability to think strategically, not just execute tasks
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Must be able to work independently and bring ideas to the table
