JOB OVERVIEW

Triforce is seeking an experienced CPA/Accountant/Bookkeeper to manage and oversee our financial processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to financial planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Maintain accurate records of income and expenses.
Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax laws.
Collaborate with management to create budgets and forecasts.
Ensure timely preparation and filing of tax returns.
Implement financial controls and process improvements to support the company's growth.

Qualifications

CPA certification preferred; strong accounting background required.
Proven experience as an accountant or bookkeeper, preferably in a digital marketing or similar industry.
Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools.
Familiarity with financial reporting and tax compliance for a remote, global workforce.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with a virtual team.
