Looking for an employee who wants high pay and high responsibility. We are looking for an experienced CPA accountant with Quickbooks online experience to help clean our books as we grow and scale into a bigger business with more complex needs. You will start at $5/hour base for the first month and increase exponentially by helping me train and manage additional employees. I am an e-commerce business owner who is in rapid expansion mode with livestreams. Every employee we can hire and train can increase my business exponentially with unlimited cap. However, there is a limit to what I can manage because I am also growing a sales team in America for the livestreams and need help with bookkeeping and moderating the livestreams.
You will receive an additional $1/hour bump with each new remote employee you help me train and manage on top of your $5/ hour base.
I am looking for employees who will not work another job, who will not be late and who won't waste working hours not performing at 110%. You will be tracked based on mouse movements and also Zoom video is required to be left on and we will check at random. There are high expectations for this job since it is highly compensated with base and growth of management.
