We are seeking a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our organisation under an exclusive arrangement. Please note that this position is not open to freelancers, contractors, or companies.
The successful candidate must have:
• A suitable work environment

• Willingness to screen share due to the sensitive nature of the work
Main Duties
• Bookkeeping / Bank Reconciliation
• Preparing Tax / VAT Returns
• Preparing Financial Accounts
• Payroll / Pension
Responsibilities
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct ledgers (day book, suppliers, customers, general ledger)
• Bring the books to the trial balance stage
• Perform partial checks of the posting process
• Bank reconciliation
• Complete tax returns and prepare VAT returns
• Enter data, maintain records, and prepare reports and financial statements
• Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
• Provide administrative and clerical support as needed
• Perform additional bookkeeping duties as designated by management
Education & Experience
• Proven bookkeeping experience
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures
• Working knowledge of relevant computer applications, spreadsheets, and accounting software (preferably Xero Accounting & QuickBooks – training can be provided)
• Knowledge of data management and financial data analysis

Schedule
• Fixed 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM London time (with 1-hour unpaid break)
Compensation
• Php 30,000.00 during probation
• Increased to Php 40,000.00 after probation
• Increased to Php 50,000.00 after 6-month review
• 13th month bonus
