Responsibilities
Be responsible for performance-focused copy for paid ads and pre-landers
Translate marketing angles into persuasive, scalable ad copy
Translate deep market and customer research into high-converting ad copy
Continuously improve copy based on performance insights
Respect frameworks, deadlines, and testing priorities
Proactively communicate ideas, issues, or improvements
Participate in 1 weekly strategy call to plan upcoming ad tests
Opportunity to lead and manage a team of copywriters as the company scales
Day to Day
Write ad copy for new creatives from ideas sent by the team
Create multiple hooks, headlines, body copy, and CTA variations
Write and structure pre-landers when required
Update all copy in the provided Google Sheet
Implement feedback from the Creative Strategist
Make copy adjustments based on performance feedback
Qualifications
3+ year of copywriting experience (Meta ads experience required)
Strong understanding of direct response marketing
Able to write clear, concise, persuasive English (Spanish is a bonus)
Organized, responsive, and deadline-driven
