We are a fast-growing e-commerce company looking for a high-level operator to step into a COO / Operations Manager role and help run the day-to-day business.
This is not a basic VA role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, think independently, and help scale operations.
???? Responsibilities
Oversee and manage customer support
Communicate directly with suppliers (order updates, issues, fulfillment coordination)
Handle product importing and listing on our store
Identify problems in operations and proactively solve them
Ensure smooth day-to-day execution across the business
? Requirements
Strong written English (clear, professional communication)
Experience in e-commerce (Shopify preferred)
Experience with customer support and supplier communication
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to work independently without constant supervision
Fast learner with a problem-solving mindset
? Bonus (Not Required)
Experience with dropshipping or Google Ads stores
Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Gmail, Google Sheets
Previous operations or management experience
