We are looking for a highly organized Communication Coordinator who is fluent in English and Spanish (required) to manage all incoming communication and support our operations team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You will be the main point of contact for:
- Phone calls, texts,
- Tenant and owner inquiries
- Rent collection follow-ups and delinquency communication
- Routing requests to the correct departments (leasing, maintenance, accounting, PM)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle high volume of calls and messages
- Respond to tenant/owner inquiries quickly and professionally
- Assist with rent collection and payment follow-ups
- Log and track all communication
- Ensure nothing is missed or delayed
- Support Spanish-speaking tenants and owners (no escalation needed)
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken & written)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling collections conversations
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable internet + quiet work setup
