JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a part-time Cold Email Specialist to own our outbound email channel end to end. Building the lead lists in AI Ark, enriching them for intent signals, writing the copy, loading the campaigns into our sending tool, watching deliverability, and managing the inbox.

We build AI-powered acquisition systems for high-ticket businesses. We work with coaches, consultants, and online DFY service providers.

Clients come to us with one of two problems: they are not getting enough leads, or the leads they do get never turn into paying clients. We build the systems that fix both. Funnels and landing pages, VSLs, email and SMS sequences, CRM builds and integrations, AI sales systems, and the automation that connects all of it. Our engagements run between $2,000 and $15,000.

The way we win our own clients is cold email. You are not emailing on behalf of a client, you are building the campaigns that bring us new business. You build the lead lists, you filter them down to the people worth emailing, you set up the campaigns, and you work the replies that come back.

PART-TIME. REMOTE. LONG-TERM.

- $75 to $100 per week, plus bonuses based on successful campaigns

- 10 to 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday

- You work your hours inside US Eastern business hours

- Fully remote

That is where we start, not where it stays. Your pay goes up as you progress.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Build our lead lists in AI Ark. Pull the companies and contacts, then filter them down to the people actually worth emailing.

- Clean every list before it goes out. Verify domains, strip duplicates, cut the rows that will never convert.

- Enrich the leads and find the intent signals. Are they running ads, hiring, launching something, or posting about a problem we solve. That research is what the copy gets built on.

- Write the cold email copy. Subject lines, opening lines, follow-ups. We give you the offer and the angle, you write the emails.

- Load the campaigns into our sending tool and get them ready as drafts. You build them, we launch them.

- Watch deliverability. Track bounce and spam rates, flag a domain that is burning, and tell us before a problem turns into a dead inbox.

- Manage the inbox. Sort every reply, respond to the interested ones, and flag the hot ones to us.

- Follow up with leads who went quiet. Most deals close on follow-up 3 through 7.

- Keep the CRM clean. Log conversations, update statuses, nothing falls through.

- Report weekly on lists built, emails sent, replies worked, and calls booked.

WHO THIS IS FOR

- You are genuinely good at list building. Pulling a raw export is easy. Knowing what to cut is the skill.

- You have used a prospecting database before. We run on AI Ark, so knowing it already puts you at the front of the line.

- You will actually dig into a company to find the detail that makes an email land, instead of sending the same line to everyone.

- You can write a cold email that gets a reply. Short, specific, and it sounds like a person wrote it.

- You understand deliverability. Domain warmup, sending volume, spam triggers, and why a burning domain has to be caught early.

- Detail work does not bore you into sloppiness. Cleaning a 5,000 row list is a normal Tuesday.

- Excellent written English. Every message you send is the agency talking.

TOOLS WE RUN ON

AI Ark, PlusVibe, Close CRM, Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, Claude, Claude Code. You do not need all of them on day one, but the more of them you already know, the faster you are useful.

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

Anyone who wants the work handed to them in small pieces. You own the list and you own the campaign, and the quality of both shows up in the numbers every week.
