JOB OVERVIEW

COLD CALLING & PROSPECTING VA (REAL ESTATE) — HIGH PERFORMANCE ONLY
Hiring a high-level cold caller / prospector with proven experience in high-volume outbound calling.

Must be available: 8am-12pm EST

This is not an entry-level role.

REQUIREMENTS (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON’T MEET THESE):

* 1–2+ years of cold calling / outbound sales experience

* Experience with high-volume dialing (100)

* Near-native English with a clear, confident speaking voice

* Ability to handle objections, rejection, and gatekeepers

* Experience setting qualified appointments (not just conversations)

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

IMPORTANT — READ THIS CAREFULLY

This is NOT a script-heavy, pressure sales role.

We are not looking for someone who reads a script and pushes a sale.

We are looking for someone who can:

* Have natural, intelligent conversations

* Ask strategic questions to uncover real information

* Listen carefully and respond based on what the prospect is actually saying

* Think in real time — not just follow a script

* Build rapport while still moving the conversation forward

* If your style is rigid or overly scripted, this will not be a fit.

PREFERRED:

Real estate prospecting experience (NYC preferred)

Experience calling US-based clients

Familiarity with dialers (Mojo, Vulcan7, RedX, etc.)

CRM experience (Follow Up Boss or similar)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

High-volume outbound cold calling

Prospecting leads and identifying opportunities

Having real conversations — not reading scripts

Asking smart questions and qualifying prospects

Booking qualified appointments for the team

Updating CRM and tracking activity
