JOB OVERVIEW

Flomar is an Australian civil construction company based in Sydney. We work across road, rail and infrastructure projects and are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts person in the Philippines to support our growing team.
About the role
You’ll be our key finance support for day?to?day accounting . This is a high?volume, detail?heavy role – we need someone who takes real ownership and pride in getting the numbers right.

Key responsibilities
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including high?volume invoice processing and reconciliations
Prepare and review bank, credit card and balance sheet reconciliations
Assist with monthly management accounts, project cost tracking and regular reports
Maintain clean, accurate data in our accounting system
Support cashflow monitoring, supplier follow?ups and resolving invoice/payment queries
Help improve and document finance processes as we grow

What we’re looking for
Strong experience in senior accounts or similar role (the more experience, the better)
Proven ability to manage high?volume transactions with excellent attention to detail
Confident with reconciliations, coding and following issues through until they’re fixed
Comfortable working with a Sydney?based team and aligning to AEST/AEDT hours
Clear, straightforward communicator who is reliable and takes ownership of their work
