JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Buyers Agent Assistant / Buyers Agent to support and manage the end-to-end buyers agent process. This role is ideal for someone with real estate experience who is confident generating and qualifying leads through social media marketing (SMM) and cold calling, while also assisting with the full buyer journey from initial enquiry through to property settlement.
You will play a key role in lead generation, client engagement, and supporting the buyers agent with property searches, research, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Outreach
Conduct cold calling to qualify potential buyer leads
Generate leads through social media platforms
Identify and follow people who follow real estate agents and introduce buyers agent services
Engage with prospects via DM, comments, and messages to build relationships
Qualify incoming leads and book discovery calls

Buyers Agent Support (End-to-End Process)
Assist with the entire buyers agent process from enquiry to settlement
Manage CRM updates and maintain accurate client records
Conduct property research and shortlist suitable properties for clients
Coordinate property inspections and liaise with real estate agents
Assist with due diligence and property analysis
Support negotiations and offer submissions
Track contract milestones and settlement progress

Marketing & Social Media
Assist in executing social media strategies to attract buyer leads
Create or assist with content related to property buying
Engage with followers and potential buyers online
Support brand awareness and audience growth

Required Skills & Experience
Experience working with a Buyers Agent or in the Real Estate industry
Understanding of the buyers agent process from start to finish
Experience with lead generation, social media outreach, or cold calling
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience using CRM systems
Strong research and organisational skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely

Highly Desirable
Experience supporting a Buyers Agent specifically
Knowledge of property research and due diligence
Experience engaging leads on Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn
Real estate administration or property industry experience
