About Redjumla Wholesale
Redjumla Wholesale is an international trading and wholesale company based in Dubai that sources a wide range of products for our clients. We work closely with suppliers worldwide to find competitive prices and reliable manufacturing partners. To support our growth, we are looking for a proactive Buyer / Sourcing Specialist who can efficiently identify and negotiate with suppliers on Alibaba.

Role Overview
As a Buyer / Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting suppliers on Alibaba based on product requests received from our customers. Your main objective is to quickly identify reliable suppliers, obtain competitive pricing, and present the best options to our team in a clear and structured overview.

Key Responsibilities

Search for suitable suppliers on Alibaba based on incoming product requests from clients
Contact at least 6 suppliers per product within 24–48 hours of receiving the request
Request quotations, product specifications, and minimum order quantities
Negotiate prices whenever possible to achieve the best deal
Compare supplier offers and present them in a clear and organized overview for internal review
Maintain accurate administration and documentation of all supplier communications and quotations
Track supplier responses, lead times, and pricing updates
Support the team in selecting the most competitive supplier options

Requirements

Experience in product sourcing, procurement, or purchasing using Alibaba
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines (24–48 hour sourcing window)
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong administrative skills
Ability to compare multiple supplier offers and present structured reports
Proficient in English (written and spoken)
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and online sourcing platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with international suppliers or trading companies
Knowledge of import/export or wholesale sourcing processes
Familiarity with product sourcing tools and supplier evaluation
