INS Home Buyers — Buyer Relations VA (BR-VA) | Remote | $1,500/mo + Commission*

*About the Role*
INS Home Buyers is a fast-growing real estate investment company specializing in cash deals and novations. We're looking for a sharp, experienced Buyer Relations VA to be the dedicated point of contact between our buyers and our dispo team. This is a relationship-driven role — you'll be the person keeping deals moving, buyers informed, and our pipeline clean.

*What You'll Be Doing*
•? ?Check in with assigned buyers 1–2x per week to ensure deals in the pipeline are on track and buyers are satisfied
•? ?Act as the bridge between buyers and the dispo owner — flag any issues, escalate when needed, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
•? ?Conduct outbound calls for active cash deals — building rapport, qualifying interest, and moving deals forward
•? ?Maintain organized, up-to-date records of buyer interactions and deal status
•? ?Support the dispo team across both cash and novation deal types
•? ?Communicate proactively — you don't wait for problems to come to you

*What We're Looking For*
•? ?Proven experience as a VA or sales representative in real estate — wholesaling experience is a strong plus
•? ?Familiarity with cash deals and/or novation deal structures
•? ?Excellent spoken and written English — confident on the phone and professional over text/email
•? ?Strong relationship management skills — buyers should feel like they have a dedicated point of contact, not just a random caller
•? ?Highly organized, self-managed, and accountable — this is a remote role with real responsibility
•? ?CRM experience and ability to keep detailed notes on every buyer interaction
•? ?Commission-motivated — you want to earn more by performing better

*Schedule*
Thursday – Monday | Days off: Tuesday & Wednesday

*Compensation*
$1,500/month base + performance-based commission
