JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for an experienced business video editor to take raw podcast recording files and turn them into engaging final videos with introductions and styles similar to these examples (from my past video podcasts):

Other examples of well-edited podcasts that represent the kind of editing we are looking for: Diary of a CEO, ThinkMedia Podcast, Marketing Trends Podcast, Ali Abdaal videos.

Tasks include:

- Identifying the right sound bites to include in the opening to capture audience attention fast

- Use video editing techniques to make the opening visuals enticing to watch (see the example above for exactly the kind of editing I am looking for)

- Selecting the best upbeat music tracks for the podcast openings (different ones so it is not repetitive - see ---------- and go through the opening sections of the videos there to see examples)

- Creating multiple clips to use on social media - I have an OpusClips account and can provide access for you to create and edit the AI versions it creates and then polish them into usable clips

- Providing timestamps of sections with headings so I can use them in the Youtube description

- Creating thumbnails similar to the example to increase engagement

HOW TO GET THIS JOB:

- Send a link of your long form and short form videos that closely match the style in the examples. DO NOT SEND YOUR FULL PORTFOLIO as we won't have time to go through it. We're only interested in your video examples that match the style we are seeking.

- Indicate your availability and how much time you think it would take you to make one video like the example, plus a few shorts to promote it.

- A brief note about any other relevant skills you have, like social media posting, management, CRM management, marketing automation, etc.

Please note that I am only looking for professionals with video editing expertise that resembles the example. This is a half-time role and may grow to full time based on your skills and ability to do other social media and marketing tasks, like managing our CRM (Zoho), setting up email campaigns, and other tasks.
