Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, implement, and optimize business systems, software, AI tools, and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and streamline workflows across the organization.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend technology solutions that align with business goals and support company growth.
• Manage and optimize the company's technology stack, including CRM platforms, project management tools, communication systems, and other business applications.
• Collaborate with leadership and department heads to lead technology initiatives, improve cross-functional processes, and coordinate with software vendors when needed.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and training materials while monitoring emerging technologies and AI advancements to drive continuous innovation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Business Systems, Operations, Technology, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of business systems, workflow optimization, automation, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) with experience using CRM platforms and productivity tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Make, or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced remote environment while documenting processes and driving technology implementation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus but not required with relevant experience.
