We are looking for a Business Systems & Technology Manager to help our executive team in supporting our Loan Officer staff and running the back end of our company platform.

This role does not require mortgage industry experience.

Job Description
Our Business Systems & Technology Manager who can help build and own the company's technology and business systems, identify inefficient processes, automate repetitive work, build automation workflows, integrate systems, troubleshoot technology issues, and continuously improve how the company operates. We would favor someone who understands business processes + technology + automation over a software developer background. We are also looking for someone who can communicate in a clear and straightforward manner, with excellent English-speaking ability, who has skill with managing technology and systems conflicts as well as shifting priorities and unexpected situations as they arise.
