Job Opening: Business Specialist (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Location: Sugar Land/ Houston, Texas

Join our team at Premier Performance Physical Therapy as a Business Manager/Specialist and play a vital role in driving our success by meeting our monthly goals for patient visits and show rates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track & Achieve Goals: Monitor and manage monthly goals for patient visits and show rates, ensuring targets are consistently met by supervising and making sure expectations are met.
• Analyze & Report Data: Review performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our clinical staff, and work with our patient coordinators to increase patient engagement and optimize show rates.
• Patient Outreach & Communication: Assist with patient reminders, follow-ups, and other communications to improve appointment attendance and retention.
• Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement in daily operations to ensure a smooth, high-quality patient experience.
• Provide Insights: Prepare regular reports for leadership on progress toward goals and propose actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
• Marketing: Help with marketing in ways that might be needed for growth including setting up lunches, etc
• HR: Involved in hiring key people who have the ability to reach the goals and perform and doing regular reviews and performance improvement and termination if needed.
• Scheduling of PT’s/ PT Tech’s and other medical Staff
Qualifications:
• Being goal and growth driven is essential
• Prior experience in business management, healthcare administration, or customer service is preferred but not required—experience in a physical therapy or healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines is necessary.
• Comfortable working with data and making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability and willingness to supervise and hold people accountable
• Knowledge of physical therapy services or healthcare operations is a plus but not required.
