JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who can help us find and open new client relationships.

Our company generates high-quality consumer leads in industries such as:

• Auto financing
• Insurance
• Vehicle warranties
• Home services
• Financial services

Your role is to find companies that want to buy leads and start conversations with decision makers.

This is real business development, not basic VA work.

If you are someone who enjoys prospecting, outreach, and opening deals, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

Your job is to build a pipeline of potential clients.

This includes:

• Research companies that buy leads (dealerships, brokers, service companies)
• Find decision makers (owners, marketing directors, sales managers)
• Build targeted prospect lists
• Send outbound cold emails and LinkedIn messages
• Start conversations with potential partners
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Book meetings for the founder
• Maintain organized prospecting lists

Your goal is simple:

Open conversations with potential buyers.

Required Skills (3)
B2B Outbound Prospecting

You must know how to find potential clients and build prospect lists.

Examples:
• LinkedIn
• Google research
• directories
• Apollo / prospecting tools

2?? Cold Outreach

You must be comfortable sending cold emails and LinkedIn outreach messages that get replies.

Organized Pipeline Management

You must track:

• prospects contacted
• responses
• follow-ups
• meetings booked

Nice To Have

These are a plus but not required:

• Experience selling marketing services or leads
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Experience with Apollo / Instantly / Lemlist
• Experience doing cold email campaigns

Compensation

• Hourly pay based on experience
• Long term role if performance is good
• Potential performance bonuses for qualified meetings booked
