Position Overview:
The Business Process & Costing Engineer is responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving business processes across all departments and branches. This role will focus heavily on costing, operational efficiency, and standardization to ensure consistent performance and profitability.
Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
-At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in process improvement, operations, or business analysis
-Strong experience in costing, margin analysis, and inventory management
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, analysis)
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Ability to handle multi-branch and multi-industry operations
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in retail, hospitality, fuel industry, or multi-branch operations
-Knowledge of ERP and POS systems
-Lean Six Sigma certification or background in continuous improvement
-Experience in dashboarding or reporting tools
