We are looking for a high-level Business & Operations Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and people management. This isn’t just an administrative role; you will be the engine room of our agency, ensuring that our multi-segment digital marketing campaigns (Social, Search, and Paid) are performing at their peak.
You will be responsible for managing a talented team of specialists, translating complex data into actionable strategies, and maintaining a culture of accountability and excellence.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Act as the "data translator." You will analyze reports from GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Microsoft Clarity to identify performance bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
Team Management & Mentorship: Lead, coach, and develop our internal team. You won't just manage tasks; you will teach tea
Project Accountability: Own the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for ensuring all client deliverables are completed on time, meeting our high-quality standards.
Operational Optimization: Refine internal workflows to improve agency efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a management or operations role within a digital marketing agency.
Proven experience managing teams across multiple digital disciplines (Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO/Content).
Advanced proficiency in GA4, GTM, and Microsoft Clarity.
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to "teach" rather than just "tell."
