We are seeking an experienced Credit Executive Team Leader to join our team.

Job Description:

The Business Operations Manager will

- Oversees tea ---------- mbers for all Company Operations (Sales, Marketing, Funding, Credit Repair, Partnerships)
-Provide leadership and support to tea ---------- mbers
-Serves as the liasion between the leadership, tea ---------- mbers, and clients.
-Interview, Hire, and Train New Tea ---------- mbers
-Update and maintain CRM (GHL)
-Follow up with tea ---------- mbers on project completion.

Weekly Tasks
Track tea ---------- mbers progress on ongoing projects/tasks
Report on current project timelines
Conduct interviews to build out a solid team.
Coordinate with funding managers and credit team
Maintain updated company SOPs and templates

Occasional Tasks

Assist with live challenge or mentorship call
Posting on social media
Outreach to clients/partners

Speaks & writes English with proper grammar
