Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Growth & Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities, expand our market reach, and drive revenue. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a strong background in digital marketing and a talent for building relationships. You will be the driving force behind our expansion into new industries, the enhancement of our marketing funnels, and the successful launch of new products and programs.
Key Responsibilities
New Market Penetration: Identify, research, and target new industries and client segments that align with Cosmick Media's strategic goals.
Strategic Outreach: Develop and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns
Marketing Enhancement: Collaborate with our marketing team to elevate our
Pitching & Sales: Craft and deliver compelling pitches for new and existing Cosmick Media services, products, and programs, effectively communicating our value proposition to potential clients.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM software, tracking all activities and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth.
Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with prospective clients, turning initial contact into long-term, valuable partnerships.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar growth-focused role, preferably within a marketing agency or tech environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, particularly
Demonstrated ability to successfully generate new leads, conduct targeted outreach, and close deals.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Self-motivated, strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM) and other sales/marketing tools.
