$450–$650 USD per month based on experience.
Performance bonuses are available based on client results, file accuracy, processing speed, and funding production.

ABOUT THE POSITION
We are hiring a full-time Business Funding Specialist and Client Success Manager.
You will manage clients from onboarding through the funding process.
Your job is to keep every file organized, collect the required information, identify potential problems, coordinate funding applications, communicate with clients, and make sure every client understands their next step.
This is not a sales-only position.
You will be responsible for execution, client communication, documentation, follow-up, and funding-file management.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Onboarding
• Welcome new funding clients
• Explain the funding process and expectations
• Collect required documents and information
• Make sure agreements and onboarding forms are completed
• Organize client files and notes
• Confirm that clients understand their responsibilities
• Identify missing information before the funding process begins
Funding Profile Review
• Review personal and business credit information
• Review credit utilization, inquiries, account history, and available limits
• Identify collections, late payments, charge-offs, bankruptcies, or other concerns
• Review business entity information
• Confirm that business name, address, phone number, website, and industry information are consistent
• Review business revenue and bank statements when applicable
• Identify issues that may affect funding eligibility
• Escalate complex situations to management
Funding Preparation
• Build a clear funding plan for each qualified client
• Research banks, lenders, and funding products
• Match clients with appropriate funding options based on their profile
• Prepare application information
• Confirm that information is accurate before submission
• Track application timing and sequencing
• Avoid unnecessary or duplicate submissions
• Maintain detailed documentation for every application
Application and Approval Management
• Assist clients through the application process
• Track submitted, pending, approved, and denied applications
• Follow up with banks and funding partners
• Help clients understand requests for additional information
• Schedule reconsideration calls when appropriate
• Record approvals, credit limits, terms, and funding dates
• Keep the CRM updated after every action
• Report problems and delays immediately
Client Communication
• Provide consistent updates to active clients
• Respond professionally to client questions
• Follow up with clients who stop responding
• Set realistic expectations without making guarantees
• Explain the client’s next step clearly
• Keep communication calm and professional when a client is frustrated
• Escalate complaints or unusual situations to management
Pipeline Management
• Maintain an accurate funding pipeline
• Make sure every active client has a clear status and next action
• Track outstanding documents and deadlines
• Provide daily and weekly pipeline reports
• Identify files that have stalled
• Keep all client notes, documents, and communication organized
• Make sure no client is forgotten
Banker and Lender Relationships
• Research business bankers and funding partners
• Build and maintain an organized lender database
• Communicate professionally with bankers and partners
• Track each lender’s products, requirements, and preferred client profiles
• Help schedule relationship-building meetings
• Maintain notes from banker and lender conversations
Compliance and Security
• Protect confidential client information
• Follow company security procedures
• Never download or share client information without authorization
• Never promise guaranteed approvals or specific funding amounts
• Document client communication and application activity
• Use approved company systems for all client information
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in U.S. business funding, lending, banking, credit, or financial services
• Experience reviewing personal or business credit reports
• Understanding of credit utilization, inquiries, payment history, and comparable credit
• Strong written and spoken English
• Strong client communication and customer-service skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple active client files
• Comfortable making phone calls and following up with banks and clients
• Able to handle confidential financial information responsibly
• Able to work independently while following company procedures
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and quiet workspace
• Available during agreed-upon U.S. Eastern Time hours
