JOB OVERVIEW

Fundshop is hiring a Philippines-based Business Funding Lead Opener / Virtual Assistant with fluent spoken and written English.

Schedule and pay
• Part-time: 20 hours per week.
• Work during US Eastern business hours; a consistent schedule will be agreed upon.
• $6–$8 USD per hour, based on relevant experience.
• Remote role based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities
• Call warm ---------- leads who have expressed interest in business financing.
• Open conversations professionally and qualify each business owner's financing needs, requested funding amount, timing, and basic business information.
• Guide interested business owners through the application process and follow up to collect completed applications and 3–4 months of business bank statements through company-approved secure channels.
• Keep accurate CRM records, call notes, lead status, and next steps.
• Follow up consistently via approved calling, email, and messaging channels using company-approved scripts and processes.
• Coordinate qualified leads and completed files with the Fundshop team.

Required qualifications
• Prior outbound calling experience with US customers or business owners.
• Fluent English and a clear, confident, professional phone manner.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through.
• Availability for 20 hours per week during US Eastern business hours.
• Reliable internet, a quality headset, and a quiet workspace.
• Ability to handle customer documents confidentially and follow company procedures.

Preferred qualifications
• Merchant cash advance (MCA), business lending, or business financing experience.
• Experience with RingCentral and/or GoHighLevel.
• Experience collecting applications, following up for supporting documents, and maintaining a sales CRM.
