JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize new customer segments and industries
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to uncover high-potential leads
- Develop outreach campaigns (calls, visits, digital touchpoints) to convert prospects
- Build early-stage relationships and move leads into the sales pipeline
- Partner with marketing to design targeted campaigns for key industries
- Provide customer insights to shape content, messaging, and product positioning
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and industry forums
- Support creation of case studies, success stories, and testimonials
- Leverage digital tools (LinkedIn, WeChat, email marketing) to boost visibility
- Track campaign performance and share feedback to enhance lead quality
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships
- Develop account plans and cross-selling strategies
- Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product trends
- Share insights with product and marketing teams to support strategy

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Proven success in new customer development and lead generation
- 3–8 years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing, components, or industrial solutions
- Strong communication, presentation, and digital engagement skills
- Hunter mindset with curiosity for markets
- Collaborative, customer-first, and adaptable
- Strong ownership and accountability
