JOB OVERVIEW

We are an expanding e-commerce business specializing in importing high-quality Japanese products into the Philippines. While we operate our direct-to-consumer online stores, we are now actively expanding into B2B wholesale distribution. We are seeking a proactive Wholesale Sales Representative in the Philippines who can connect us with local retail stores, online resellers, boutique shops, and wholesale buyers.

Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential B2B buyers in the Philippines, including local retail stores, Shopee/Lazada top sellers, specialty shops, and regional distributors.
- Sales Negotiation & Closing: Present our Japanese product catalog, pitch wholesale deals, negotiate pricing terms, and secure initial and recurring orders.
- Market Feedback: Gather insights on local retail demand, trending products, and competitor wholesale pricing to help optimize our product catalog.
- Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with onboarded retail partners to drive repeat orders and long-term business growth.

Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development in the Philippines.
- An existing network or contacts within local Philippine retail shops, wholesalers, or active e-commerce resellers.
- Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills in English and Tagalog.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, map out lead lists, and generate new sales opportunities.
- Knowledge of Japanese products or cross-border trade is a plus, but not required.

Deliverables
- Potential Buyer & Retailer Lead List: Identify potential wholesale clients, retail shops, or reseller channels to target.
- Outreach & Deal Closing: Reach out to prospective partners, present our product catalog, negotiate terms, and secure wholesale orders.

- Long-term Collaboration: We are looking for a reliable partner who can continuously grow alongside our business in the Philippines.
