Because of our unique model, we have something most traditional agencies lack: An immediate, pre-vetted pool of high-quality tech candidates ready to work. We are now looking for an experienced Recruiter/Business Developer to help us launch our Traditional Recruiting Arm by connecting our elite talent pool with companies that are hiring.

The Role
Unlike traditional roles where you spend 80% of your time hunting for candidates, at RSGV, the talent is already here. Your mission is to find the companies.

We need a "Hunter"—someone who can identify companies with hiring needs, establish professional partnerships, and place our existing candidates into those roles. You will be responsible for the full client-side lifecycle, from lead generation to contract signing.

Key Responsibilities
B2B Lead Generation: Identify tech companies, startups, and hiring managers with active or upcoming vacancies.

Client Acquisition: Execute cold outreach and networking strategies to pitch RSGV’s recruitment services and our exclusive candidate pool.

Strategic Matchmaking: Leverage our internal database of pre-vetted "Reverse Recruiting" candidates to fill the roles you acquire.

Communication & Negotiation: Act as the primary bridge between hiring managers and our candidates, managing interview flows and offer negotiations.

Department Growth: Help us build the "Traditional Recruiting" playbook from the ground up.

Requirements
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Agency Recruiting, B2B Sales, or Business Development within the Tech sector.

Lead Gen Mastery: Proven ability to find hiring leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable pitching to CTOs and HR Directors.

Self-Starter: You are comfortable working independently in a startup environment and are motivated by closing deals.

Tech Literacy: A solid understanding of technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, etc.) is essential.
