JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a confident, professional outbound sales specialist to speak directly with residential real estate brokerage owners and managing brokers across the United States.

This is NOT a call center or telemarketing job.

You will be having real business conversations with company owners and decision-makers, introducing our technology platform and booking qualified appointments for our solutions team.

You must sound clear, natural, and professional in English with little to no accent. You should be comfortable speaking with executives and business owners.

If you can build trust quickly, ask smart questions, and guide conversations naturally, you will thrive in this role.

About Us

We are Voxvy, a U.S.-based technology company.

We provide AI-powered systems that help real estate brokerages capture every missed call, website lead, and message automatically — increasing appointments, reviews, and revenue without hiring more staff.

We work directly with brokerage owners and managing brokers.

This is a professional B2B sale, not consumer calling.

What You’ll Do

• Call brokerage owners and managing brokers
• Start natural, professional conversations
• Briefly explain our system (training + scripts provided)
• Qualify interest and needs
• Book 15-minute demo appointments
• Follow up with prospects
• Update CRM notes

Primary goal: booked, qualified appointments that show up.

This is consultative, not pushy selling.

Who We’re Looking For

• Excellent spoken English (clear and neutral accent required)
• Confident speaking with U.S. business owners
• Experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, or closing
• Comfortable handling objections calmly
• Professional tone (not “salesy” or aggressive)
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace
• Self-motivated and organized

Ideal Background (bonus but not required)

• Experience calling U.S. real estate agents or brokerages
• SaaS or software sales
• Appointment setting for high-ticket services
• Familiar with CRM systems or GoHighLevel

Compensation

• Hourly base pay
• Bonus per qualified appointment
• Bonus per completed demo
• Additional commission on closed deals

High performers can earn significantly above base.

Schedule

U.S. business hours (Monday–Friday)
