Are you ridiculously good at finding people online?
Give you the name of a technology company and you can find the right decision-maker, their LinkedIn profile, their contact details, who handles their PR — and probably what conference they’re attending next.
You enjoy research. You’re organized. You’re persistent. And when someone doesn’t respond to your first message, you don’t simply send “just following up.”
We should talk.
____
About NettResults
NettResults is an international communications agency working with technology companies around the world.
For more than 25 years, we’ve helped global technology brands build their reputation, enter new markets and grow internationally.
We work with major technology companies and with a global network of partner agencies across the Middle East, North America, Europe and Asia.
We’re now looking for someone to help us find and develop the opportunities we know are out there.
____
The Role
This is not primarily a sales-closing role.
You’ll work directly with our founder and support our international business development.
Your job is to find the right companies, identify the right people, start conversations and make sure opportunities don’t disappear because nobody followed up.
You’ll:
* Research technology companies and potential partners
* Identify CEOs, CMOs, communications leaders and other decision-makers
* Find accurate contact information
* Research which PR/marketing agencies represent target companies
* Build targeted prospect lists
* Reach out through
* Follow up intelligently and consistently
* Book qualified introductory meetings
* Keep our CRM accurate and up to date
* Track opportunities and next actions
* Support the CEO with business-development research
Some prospects will be completely cold.
Others will be companies or agency partners where NettResults already has a relationship.
Knowing the difference — and approaching them accordingly — matters.
You’ll Probably Love This Job If…
You can disappear down a research rabbit hole and emerge with exactly the information someone asked for.
You enjoy figuring things out.
You’re naturally organized.
You notice details other people miss.
You’re comfortable picking up the telephone.
You can write a short, natural
You follow up without needing to be reminded.
And when someone says, “Can you find out who handles PR for this company?” your instinct is: “Leave it with me.”
____
Experience We’re Looking For
Experience in some combination of:
* B2B lead generation
* Business development
* Sales research
* LinkedIn prospecting
* Appointment setting
* CRM management
* Technology companies
* International clients
Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, Copper or similar platforms is useful.
But we’re much more interested in how you think and work than how many software logos you can put on a résumé.
Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
____
One Important Point
We previously advertised a broader business-development position at NettResults.
If you applied for that role and you’re now reading this thinking:
“Actually, THIS sounds much more like me.”
Apply again — and tell us.
We have deliberately separated the roles because we’re looking for different strengths.
____
How to Apply
Keep it simple.
Do not send us an essay.
We already have the job description. We want to learn about you.
In your application, answer these five questions. Maximum 2–3 sentences per answer.
1. What’s the best piece of business information you’ve ever managed to find online that wasn’t easy to find?
Tell us what you were looking for and how you found it.
2. What’s your actual experience with outbound prospecting?
Give us approximate numbers:
3. Telephone: love it, tolerate it, or avoid it? Why?
There is a correct answer for you. We want the real one.
4. What CRM and prospecting tools have you personally used regularly?
Only list tools you’ve actually used yourself.
5. Research task:
Identify one named technology company NettResults has publicly stated it has worked with.
Tell us:
Company name | CEO’s name - Who you believe we probably worked with—and their personal
Put the CEO’s surname as the FIRST WORD of your application.
That’s it.
No cover letter required.
No long explanation of why you’re passionate about business development.
If your answers make us curious, the next stage will be a short practical research exercise based on the kind of work you’d actually do at NettResults.
We’re looking forward to meeting you.
