Help Business Owners Grow Their Companies While Building Your Own Income

Gimbel Accounting Services is a rapidly growing accounting and business advisory firm that helps small and medium-sized businesses improve profitability, cash flow, financial clarity, and operational performance. We're looking for motivated Business Development Representatives who enjoy connecting with business owners and generating new opportunities. This is an unlimited commission position with exceptional earning potential. There is no cap on commissions, and top performers will have opportunities to grow into leadership roles as our sales organization expands.

What You'll Do:
- Prospect businesses by phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Build relationships with business owners
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings
- Follow up with prospects
- Maintain detailed CRM notes
- Represent Gimbel Accounting Services professionally
- Work closely with the owner to develop new business

We Provide:

Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Comfortable making outbound cold calls
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized
- Self-motivated
- Reliable internet connection
- Previous B2B sales experience preferred

Compensation:
- 20% of first-year collected client revenue
- Paid monthly as clients pay
- Unlimited earning potential
- No cap on commissions
