Position Overview
We’re looking for a full-time Remote Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is focused entirely on client acquisition—introducing our services to healthcare organizations and negotiating recruitment contracts.

What You’ll Do
Reach out to healthcare facilities (clinics, hospitals, private practices, etc.) to introduce our staffing solutions

Identify and connect with key decision-makers (owners, administrators, hiring managers)

Present our services and value proposition in a clear and compelling way

Negotiate contingency agreements and placement terms

Track all outreach and client interactions in our CRM system

Collaborate with our recruiting team to ensure a seamless handoff once agreements are in place

Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience in business development or sales—ideally with a staffing or recruitment agency

Familiarity with permanent placements and healthcare staffing is a strong plus

Reliable computer, phone, and internet for calls and video meetings

Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EST

Must attend weekly Zoo ---------- etings with the team

Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven

Compensation
$500/month base salary

Commission-based earnings (average $3,000/month or more depending on performance)
