Alpha Co. Marketing & Media helps businesses grow through digital marketing solutions that increase online visibility, generate leads, and drive revenue. Based in Houston, Texas, we provide customized strategies across website development, SEO, digital advertising, and online growth. Through our specialized healthcare division, White Coat Web, we also partner with medical practices and healthcare organizations across the United States.

About the Role
We're looking for a Business Development Representative to help expand our client base by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and opening meaningful conversations with business owners and decision-makers across the US market.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching new markets, uncovering business opportunities, and using a consultative approach to generate qualified sales opportunities. You'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, refine outreach strategies, and help shape how we approach business development as we continue to grow.
As you demonstrate success, you'll progressively take on greater ownership of discovery conversations and later stages of the sales process while working closely with company leadership.
Success in this role isn't measured by activity alone—it's measured by your ability to identify the right opportunities, build meaningful conversations, and consistently create qualified sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Research target industries and identify qualified business opportunities across the US market.
Build prospect lists, identify key decision-makers, and execute personalized outbound campaigns through phone, email, LinkedIn, and video outreach.
Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand business needs and qualify opportunities.
Collaborate with leadership to advance qualified opportunities through the sales process.
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and consistent follow-up.
Continuously improve prospecting strategies, messaging, and outbound performance.

What We're Looking For:

Required
Experience generating outbound B2B opportunities within the US market.
Confidence communicating with business owners, executives, and senior decision-makers.
Strong research, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Experience using CRM platforms and modern sales tools.
Professional conversational English with confidence participating in business conversations.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred
Experience selling digital marketing, web development, SaaS, or other professional services.
Experience working with healthcare organizations, medical practices, or other specialized industries.
Experience participating in discovery conversations or supporting opportunities beyond initial qualification.
