JOB OVERVIEW

We're a growing U.S. freight brokerage looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative to join our remote team. You'll be responsible for generating leads, conducting cold outreach, and booking qualified sales calls for freight opportunities. Must have experience in Go High Level, Canva, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

What You'll Do:
Prospect and identify U.S.-based shippers through cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline in HubSpot CRM
Present our transportation services to potential clients
Follow up consistently with leads at every stage of the pipeline
Log all activity in HubSpot — calls, emails, notes, and next steps
Submit daily End Of Day reports to management

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in sales, cold calling, Go High Level, LinkedIn, and outbound B2B sales
Strong, clear spoken and written English — you'll be calling U.S. businesses daily
Experience using HubSpot
Familiarity with U.S. freight, logistics, or transportation is a plus
Self-starter who can manage their own schedule and hit daily targets
Available to work U.S. Eastern Time hours (7 AM–3 PM or 8 AM–4 PM EST)

Computer with a headset for daily calls

Compensation:
Competitive base pay + performance-based commission (weekly Pay)
