About White Evolution

White Evolution is an Italian Creative Design & Manufacturing Company with over 25 years of international experience in retail fit-out, project management, product development and manufacturing.

Today, we collaborate with architecture firms, interior designers, hospitality brands and luxury developers as a trusted Made in Italy creative and manufacturing partner.

Our role is not to replace the architect or interior designer.

Our role is to help bring their ideas to life.

Some clients choose one of our exclusive collections and adapt it to their projects.

Others come to us with their own vision, drawings or concepts.

Whether starting from one of our collections or from a client’s own vision, we develop and manufacture exceptional Made in Italy creations.

Through our network of highly skilled Italian artisans and manufacturers, we produce custom-made furniture, decorative objects, artistic installations, architectural details and unique design elements created specifically for each project.

We don’t compete with designers.

We collaborate with them to transform ideas into reality.



About the Role

This role is ideal for someone passionate about architecture, interior design, luxury materials, craftsmanship and relationship building.

This is not a traditional sales position.

Your mission is to introduce White Evolution to architecture firms, interior design studios and hospitality design companies, creating long-term professional relationships.

You will represent White Evolution as a Made in Italy creative and manufacturing partner, capable of supporting architects and designers in developing and producing custom-made solutions while fully respecting and enhancing their creative vision.



Your Responsibilities

* Research architecture firms, interior design studios, hospitality design companies and luxury developers.
* Identify the appropriate decision makers.
* Build relationships with architects, interior designers, design directors, partners, principals, FF&E teams and procurement professionals.
* Introduce White Evolution and our Made in Italy capabilities.
* Understand current and future projects where custom-made solutions could add value.
* Identify opportunities where White Evolution can support architecture and design firms with:
* Made in Italy manufacturing;
* custom-made production;
* decorative objects;
* furniture and accessories;
* architectural details;
* artistic installations;
* bespoke design elements;
* exclusive products developed from the designer’s vision.
* Help clients understand that White Evolution is a trusted partner capable of transforming creative concepts into exceptional Made in Italy products.
* Qualify opportunities.
* Schedule meetings with our management team.
* Build and maintain an accurate CRM/database.
