JOB OVERVIEW

Bolt On Technology is looking for a high-energy Business Development Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, outbound sales environment. This role is heavily phone-based and ideal for someone who is motivated by activity, repetition, and measurable results. If you’re comfortable spending the majority of your day on the phone and know how to turn conversations into qualified opportunities, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
Execute high-volume outbound calling (cold and warm) to prospective customers daily
Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly call activity targets
Engage decision-makers, uncover pain points, and clearly articulate our value proposition
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales-ready meetings
Accurately log all activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM
Collaborate closely with Sales Consultants to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
Continuously refine talk tracks, objection handling, and call strategies through coaching and feedback

High daily call output with consistent connection rates
Strong meeting set and opportunity creation metrics
Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and maintain momentum
Reliable follow-through and clean CRM hygiene
Continuous improvement in call quality and conversion rates

What We’re Looking For
Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day
Strong verbal communication skills and phone presence
Resilient, coachable, and motivated by goals and metrics
Ability to stay focused and productive in a high-activity role
Prior BDR/SDR or call-heavy sales experience preferred, but not required
