JOB OVERVIEW

Who we are:
Proper Printshop is a 15-year-old decorated apparel and fulfillment company based in El Paso, TX. We handle screen printing, DTF, embroidery, and full-service merch programs- company stores, employee uniform portals, onboarding kits, custom packaging, and white-label fulfillment shipped nationwide. Our clients include major universities, professional sports teams, and corporations. We're serious, and we need someone who is too.

What you'll be doing:
- Researching and building targeted prospect lists of companies that fit our fulfillment and company store model
- Cold outreach via email and LinkedIn- writing sequences that actually get opened and replied to
- Running and managing drip campaigns to nurture leads over time
- Following up relentlessly- most deals don't close on the first touch
- Getting on scheduled Google Meet video calls with warm prospects to pitch and close
- Building accurate quotes for merch programs, kitting, and fulfillment
- Managing your full pipeline in HubSpot CRM- clean, updated, always current
- Tracking jobs and tasks in Printavo once deals move to production (training provided)

What you need:
- Fluent, natural written English- your emails and outreach are your weapon, they have to be sharp
- Real sales instinct- you know how to find the right person, get their attention, and start a conversation
- Experience in B2B outbound sales, business development, or account management
- Comfortable with Google Meet video calls with corporate contacts
- Super-responsive on Google Chat and WhatsApp during US business hours
- Available and on-call 8 AM – 5 PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday

Big plus:
- Background in apparel, branded merchandise, promotional products, or print
- Experience selling fulfillment, company stores, or subscription-style service programs
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, or any outbound sales toolstack

Pay: Base pay- $1,200–$1,500 / month

Commission: Bonus on new accounts closed

Hours: 8 AM–5 PM MT, M–F

Pay is negotiable based on experience. If you're a good fit, we pay well. If you close big accounts, you earn more. We're building something serious here, and we need someone serious with us.
