Position Summary:
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through high-volume outbound outreach and booking meetings for Key Account Managers (KAMs).
This role is not responsible for closing deals. Instead, the BDR focuses on top-of-funnel pipeline creation, ensuring that each scheduled meeting is with a qualified, sales-ready prospect.
When opportunities related to Quanta Pay are identified, they will be routed to the Quanta sales team.
The ideal candidate is highly persistent, disciplined in outreach, and confident in initiating conversations with decision-makers.

How the Business Development Representative adds value:

The BDR is a pipeline generator by:
Creating qualified meetings for KAMs through outbound activity.
Identifying and qualifying operational pain points within dental practices.
Ensuring efficient routing of opportunities between DCS and Quanta.
Maintaining accurate CRM data to support pipeline visibility.
This role directly impacts pipeline volume, sales efficiency, and conversion outcomes.

In this role, you will:
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to dental practices and multi-location groups.
Achieve an average of 50 successful outbound calls per day.
Engage office managers, dentists, and practice decision-makers.
Use approved scripts, messaging, and objection-handling frameworks.
Qualification & Appointment Setting
Identify key pain points related to:
Revenue cycle inefficiencies
Practice management systems
Operational bottlenecks
Qualify prospects based on defined criteria (size, need, readiness, decision-maker).
Schedule qualified meetings for Key Account Managers (KAMs).
Clearly document discovery insights to support effective handoff.
Pipeline Management & Follow-Up
Manage early-stage pipeline activities in HubSpot, including:
Consult No-Show follow-ups
Discovery Call follow-ups
Manual follow-ups and rescheduling
Maintain consistent follow-up cadence to maximize meeting conversion.
Opportunity Routing
Identify Quanta Pay opportunities and route them to the Quanta sales team.
Ensure proper tagging and ownership assignment in CRM.

Success Criteria:
Activity & Pipeline Generation
Average 50+ successful outbound calls per day.
Consistent meeting volume aligned with pipeline targets.

Meeting Quality
High-quality, qualified meetings that convert downstream.
Alignment with KAM expectations on deal readiness.

CRM Accuracy
?98% CRM data accuracy.
100% same-day activity logging.

Conversion Impact (Indirect)
Support achievement of team-level meeting-to-close conversion goals.
Requirements:

Must be available to work between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00 pm EST, Monday - Friday.
1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, cold calling, or lead generation (B2B preferred).
Experience selling into healthcare, dental; strongly preferred but not required.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot and Zoho preferred).
Strong verbal communication skills with confidence in initiating conversations with prospects.
Comfortable with participating in live Zoo ---------- etings.
Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Resilience, coachability, and comfort working in a high-activity environment.
Ability to work independently and meet established goals in a remote setting.
