We are hiring a Remote Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us book qualified sales calls with Amazon brands that fit our ideal client profile.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and booking discovery calls for our sales team. This is a performance-driven role with a clear short-term target and long-term growth opportunity.

Sequence Commerce is a full-service e-commerce advertising agency that helps brands grow on Amazon and Walmart through strategy, advertising, and account management.
We work with emerging DTC brands, established enterprises, and high-growth companies looking to scale profitably in marketplace ecosystems.
What You’ll Do:
- Research and identify Amazon brands that match our ideal customer profile
- Build lead lists and find the right decision-makers
- Reach out through
- Start conversations and qualify prospects based on our criteria
- Book sales calls with qualified leads for our team
- Keep prospect data organized and updated
- Follow outreach processes consistently and hit weekly activity goals
Target for First Month:
To be considered successful in this trial role, you must:
1. Book 10 qualified calls within your first month
2. Those calls must show up
3. Leads must match our ideal customer profile
Full-Time Opportunity:
- $500 CAD/month base pay
- $100 CAD per qualified booked call that matches ICP
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or sales development
- Is confident writing clear, personalized outreach messages
- Can research companies and decision-makers effectively
- Understands how to qualify leads before booking calls
- Is organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Is comfortable working remotely and independently
- Has strong English communication skills
Bonus If You Have
- Experience prospecting e-commerce or Amazon brands
- Experience using LinkedIn,
- Experience booking calls for agencies or service businesses
- Familiarity with Amazon sellers, marketplace brands, or e-commerce growth services
Ideal Prospect Profile:
You will be targeting Amazon brands that are likely to need help with growth, advertising, and marketplace strategy.
We are generally looking for brands that:
- Sell on Amazon (Any marketplace)
- Need better advertising performance, growth strategy, or marketplace support
- Are a fit for a professional agency relationship
- Revenues over $30,000 USD/month or $500,000 Per Year
- Strong DTC Brands looking to launch in Amazon
