We are looking for a proactive and dependable Sales Representative to help us grow our client base and pipeline (CPG). This role focuses on outbound prospecting, initiating conversations, qualifying opportunities, and supporting the sales process from first contact up to deal progression depending on experience.
You will work in a fast-moving environment where systems may be simple and processes evolve over time. We value people who take ownership, stay organized, and consistently follow up until opportunities move forward.
This is a long-term remote position working during US business hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Research and identify potential prospects or companies to contact
Conduct outbound outreach via calls,
Start conversations and qualify potential clients
Schedule appointments, discovery calls, or demos
Maintain clean and accurate CRM records
Consistently follow up with warm and cold leads
Support different stages of the sales cycle depending on your experience
Share insights to improve targeting and messaging
Help build and improve outreach workflows when needed
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
Strong spoken and written English
Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers
Experience working with CRMs or tracking pipelines
B2B sales experience
Cold calling and
Appointment setting or discovery calls
Handling objections and nurturing leads
Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce, or similar tools
