The Role

We're looking for a sharp, proactive Business Development Specialist to join our team full-time. Your mission: build high-value partnerships, open doors to new clients, and help us scale in the private aviation space.

What You'll Do

– Reach out to luxury concierge services, family offices, wealth managers, travel advisors, premium real estate agencies, yacht brokers, and event organizers to build lasting partnerships
– Craft and send personalized outreach via email and LinkedIn to secure referral and partnership agreements
– Make confident outbound calls to prospects and partners — phone skills are essential
– Identify and engage potential direct clients (HNWI, CEOs, athletes, public figures)
– Handle inbound inquiries and ensure timely follow-up via phone, email, and WhatsApp
– Keep our CRM and lead tracking up to date
– Scout new opportunities: events, sponsorships, collaborations, and untapped markets

What We're Looking For

– Excellent English, both written and spoken — you'll be communicating directly with luxury brands and high-net-worth clients
– A clear, professional phone presence
– Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
– Background in luxury, hospitality, travel, or aviation is a strong plus
– Skilled in LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and cold calling
– Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently

Compensation

$500/month base salary + generous commission on every deal you help close. A single private flight booking can earn you several hundred dollars in commission — and there is no cap on your earnings. The harder you work, the more you make. This is a role where top performers can significantly outearn their base.
