ABOUT RAVORA HEALTH

Ravora Health is a growing U.S.-based outpatient mental health practice providing psychiatric evaluation, medication management, ADHD treatment, and care for conditions such as anxiety and depression.

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and resourceful Healthcare Growth & Partnerships Specialist to help us grow our patient base, build relationships with healthcare referral partners, and support marketing and patient-acquisition initiatives.

This is not a traditional virtual assistant position.

We are looking for someone who can take a goal, figure out what needs to be done, organize the project, execute it, follow up, measure the results, and report what happened.

You will work directly with Ravora Health leadership and will be given meaningful projects to own.

This is intended to be a long-term position for someone who wants to grow with the company and take on increasing responsibility over time.

YOUR MAIN OBJECTIVE

Your overall objective will be to help Ravora Health consistently grow its patient base and referral network.

Your work will focus on:

Healthcare business development

Referral partnerships

Lead generation

Relationship management

Patient acquisition

Marketing coordination

Growth research

CRM management

Community outreach

Performance tracking

We care about both activity and results.

Making calls and sending emails is important, but we also want to understand:

Which relationships generate referrals?

Which marketing channels generate patients?

Which opportunities should we prioritize?

Which referral partners need more attention?

Where are patients getting lost in the acquisition process?

What should Ravora do next to grow?

Potential referral partners may include:

Community organizations

Colleges and universities

Other healthcare professionals

Your responsibilities may include:

Researching potential referral partners

This is relationship-focused business development, not high-volume call-center telemarketing.

Your responsibility does not end once contact has been made.

You will help maintain and strengthen Ravora Health’s relationships with existing referral partners.

This may include:

Maintaining regular communication with referral partners

Keeping partners updated about Ravora Health

Sharing provider availability when appropriate

Sharing updates about accepted insurance plans and services

Following up with partners whose referrals have slowed

Gathering feedback from referral partners

Identifying ways to make Ravora easier to refer patients to

Identifying opportunities for meetings or presentations

You will regularly research new growth opportunities.

Projects may include:

Identifying new patient-acquisition channels

Researching new geographic markets

Finding healthcare events

Researching employer partnerships

Identifying growth opportunities that Ravora Health has not yet considered

We are not looking for someone who simply creates large spreadsheets of names.

We want someone who can research opportunities, prioritize them, explain why they matter, and turn research into action.

You will help build and maintain an organized referral and business-development database or CRM.

Information may include:

Organization name

Your responsibility will be to help make sure opportunities are followed up consistently and important relationships do not get forgotten.

GROWTH PIPELINE AND PERFORMANCE TRACKING

You will help Ravora Health understand what is actually producing results.

Responsibilities may include:

Tracking outreach activity

Tracking response rates

Tracking meetings scheduled

Tracking referral relationships

Tracking referral sources

Tracking new patient-acquisition channels

Tracking referrals generated

Identifying inactive relationships

Identifying underperforming opportunities

Identifying bottlenecks in the growth process

Preparing weekly growth reports

Preparing monthly performance summaries

Testing different outreach approaches

Comparing results

Recommending where Ravora should focus its attention

We want to know not only what work was completed, but what happened as a result.

DIGITAL MARKETING AND PATIENT ACQUISITION

You will also assist with marketing projects designed to bring new patients to Ravora Health.

Projects may involve:

Google Ads

Google Business Profile

Local SEO

Psychology Today

Zocdoc

Insurance directories

Website landing pages

Email

You do not need to be an expert in every area.

However, you should understand basic digital marketing concepts and be comfortable learning new platforms.

Google Ads experience is strongly preferred but not required.

Your role may include helping coordinate marketing initiatives, track results, identify problems, and recommend improvements.

NETWORKING AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH

You will help identify and coordinate opportunities for Ravora Health to build relationships in the community.

Examples may include:

Helping determine which events are worth attending

Helping coordinate Ravora-hosted events

SPECIAL GROWTH PROJECTS

You will regularly receive projects directly from Ravora Health leadership.

Examples may include:

“Research primary care offices that accept the same insurance plans we accept.”

“Build a system for tracking our referral relationships.”

“Find networking events Ravora should attend over the next three months.”

“Help us launch and market a new provider.”

“Research why a particular marketing channel is not generating enough patients.”

“Identify our strongest referral opportunities in a new market.”

“Research employers or colleges that may be interested in behavioral health partnerships.”

“Analyze which referral relationships are producing the most patients.”

“Find new healthcare organizations we should build relationships with.”

We are looking for someone who does not need every project broken down into individual instructions.

You should be comfortable researching, asking good questions, creating a plan, taking ownership, executing the work, following up, and reporting the results.

We strongly encourage the responsible use of AI and modern technology.
