Our flagship programs, including the STEALTH INITIATIVE, PARENT ENGAGEMENT SOLUTIONS, and Empowering Homeless Youth: Transformative Educational Solutions, are designed to foster educational equity, parental involvement, and student empowerment. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive partnerships with schools and districts, championing the implementation of our impactful programs.

Develop and Expand Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with schools, school districts, and educational organizations to secure partnerships for our programs.
Strategic Sales Execution: Identify opportunities, present tailored solutions, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to potential clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and how our programs address them effectively.
Market Analysis: Research and analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
Collaborative Implementation: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless program onboarding and delivery for clients.
Innovative Problem-Solving: Address client challenges with creative, actionable solutions, fostering long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and managing new clients, especially within the education or consulting sectors.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
Persuasive and Tenacious: Adept at influencing decision-makers and navigating complex sales cycles with resilience and determination.
Sales Acumen: Strong ability to identify client needs, articulate value propositions, and drive successful outcomes.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
Self-Starter: Highly motivated with the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel to client sites, conferences, and events as required.

As part of our selection process for the Business Development Manager role, candidates will be required to deliver a mock-up presentation. This exercise is designed to assess your strategic thinking, practical knowledge, and readiness for the position. Your presentation should be concise, creative, and demonstrate your ability to execute on the key responsibilities of the role. The mock-up should consist of three compelling segments, one of which must be delivered in video format. (INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE GIVEN WHEN INTERVIEW IS SCHEDULED).
