Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong US B2B experience. Your role is to generate and close commercial facility management contracts.
*** working hours 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST Time
**Responsibilities
Submit vendor applications to retail & commercial brands
Conduct cold
Manage CRM pipeline
Schedule and attend discovery calls
Prepare follow-ups and presentations
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Maintain weekly sales report
**Requirements
Experience selling to US businesses (B2B)
Excellent spoken and written English
Confident in client-facing calls
Experience with cold outreach & follow-ups
Organized and KPI-driven
**Performance Expectations
10–15 vendor applications per week
30+ outreach
5 booked meetings per week
1 closed client within first 60–90 days
