We are looking for a commercially driven, technically confident Business Development Manager to sell a complete portfolio of Wi-Fi tools, technologies, and professional services across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
You will work across leading wireless solutions, from network design and validation tools through to enterprise-grade Wi-Fi technologies and professional services. This is a role where you are not just selling products, you are helping customers design, deploy, optimise, and future-proof their networks.

We are looking for a commercially driven, technically confident Business Development Manager to sell a complete portfolio of industry-leading Wi-Fi tools, enterprise technologies, and professional services across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
You will be working with globally recognised solutions including Sidos, Ekahau, NetAlly, iBwave, MetaGeek, Aruba Instant On, Cambium Networks, Nomadix, and 7SIGNAL, alongside high-value services such as predictive surveys, AP-on-a-stick validation, and network optimisation.
This is a role where you are not just selling products, you are helping customers design, deploy, troubleshoot, and optimise real-world wireless networks.
What You’ll Be Doing
Sell Across a Complete Wi-Fi Ecosystem that includes:
• Ekahau, iBwave and MetaGeek for Wi-Fi design, validation, and troubleshooting
• NetAlly and Sidos for advanced network testing, diagnostics, and performance visibility
• AP-on-a-stick (APOS) kits for real-world validation
• Kubicon and 7SIGNAL for proactive monitoring and user experience visibility
• Aruba Instant On, Cambium Networks, and Nomadix for wireless infrastructure and connectivity
• Professional services including predictive surveys, onsite assessments, and optimisation
• Combine tools, technologies, and services into complete, outcome-driven solutionsOwn the Revenue Engine
You will
• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry through to close
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline across APAC
• Drive opportunities with urgency, structure, and commercial focus
Sell Across a Complete Wi-Fi Ecosystem
• Position a portfolio that includes:
• Industry-leading Wi-Fi tools for design, validation, and troubleshooting
• Professional services including predictive surveys, onsite assessments, and optimisation
• Wireless technologies and platforms from globally recognised vendors
• Create bundled solutions that combine tools, services, and infrastructure
Engage at a Technical and Business Level
• Work with IT teams, network engineers, and decision-makers
• Solve challenges around coverage, capacity, interference, and performance
• Translate technical capability into clear business outcomes
Collaborate with Experts
• Work closely with engineers and project teams to scope and shape solutions
• Align the right mix of tools, technologies, and services to each opportunity
• Ensure seamless transition from sale to delivery
Drive Long-Term Growth
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners
• Identify expansion opportunities across the network lifecycle
• Drive renewals, upgrades, and repeat business
Stay Accountable and Data-Driven
• Maintain a clean, accurate CRM pipeline
• Forecast with confidence and consistency
• Track performance across deals, conversions, and revenue
What You Bring
Sales Performance
• 3+ years in Business Development, Inside Sales, or technical sales
• Proven ability to close deals and consistently hit targets
• Strong ownership mindset, you take responsibility for results
Technical Confidence
• Experience in Wi-Fi, networking, or related infrastructure
• Comfortable discussing wireless technologies, tools, and performance
• Ability to bridge technical detail with commercial value
Commercial Thinking
• You know how to position solutions, not just products
• You can combine tools, services, and technologies into higher-value deals
• Strong instinct for identifying and converting opportunities
