You'll work directly with Tom daily, benefiting from his guidance and collaboration to drive our shared success.

What You'll Be Doing - Fuel Sales and Partnership Growth:
Your role focuses on growing sales and partnerships for our online automotive media brand. Expect an engaging mix of:
- Researching companies, finding key contacts, and identifying opportunities in the automotive industry.
- Outbound cold calling and targeted calls to gather contact information and build relationships.
- Leveraging email as a vital tool for outreach, follow-ups, and closing deals.

This position is all about working smart and hard—persistently pursuing leads with an infectiously positive attitude and unwavering follow-up to turn prospects into lasting partnerships.

Your Schedule - Remote Work During US Business Hours:
You'll operate Monday through Friday during regular Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours, making it ideal for remote talent in the Philippines who value structure and work-life balance without the daily commute.

What You Bring - Essential Skills and Mindset:
To succeed and stand out, you must be a business development and sales all-star with:
- Mastery of English: Exceptional speaking and writing skills, including proper grammar and punctuation, for professional communication.
- Proven Sales Expertise: Strong track record in outbound prospecting, relationship-building, and deal-closing.
- Ingrained Qualities: Persistence, perseverance, an infectiously positive attitude, and relentless follow-up in every aspect of your work.
- Technical Requirements: A rock-solid, always-on internet connection; necessary hardware like a computer, headphones, and microphone; and a quiet, controlled environment perfect for making and receiving calls.
