About Us:
We are a fast-growing real estate sourcing and property management company operating across the UK. We specialize in sourcing high-yield investment properties, managing serviced accommodations, and providing housing solutions for local councils and landlords.
As we scale, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive growth, generate new revenue streams, and help shape the future of our business.

Role Overview:
As our Business Development Manager, your mission is to find new clients, create innovative revenue opportunities, and implement strategic improvements across the business. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to identify growth areas, build partnerships, and increase profitability. You’ll be responsible for sourcing properties and landlords, building relationships with councils, and identifying new opportunities to expand our services and income streams.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new clients, investors, and partners
Source properties and landlords through platforms like Rightmove, OnTheMarket, Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace, and other lead channels
Reach out to local councils to offer housing solutions for temporary accommodation needs
Develop and implement new business strategies, systems, and processes
Generate sales, leads, and revenue through creative outreach and partnerships
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
Track performance metrics and report on growth initiatives
Develop and execute strategies to generate new revenue streams
Research and implement new tools, systems, and processes to improve business efficiency
Build and maintain strong relationships with property investors, landlords, and agents
Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation and brand visibility
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve
Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and performance reports
Drive sales, client acquisition, and profit growth

Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or real estate
Strong understanding of the UK property market (sourcing, lettings, or management)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strategic thinker with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and business automation
Bonus: Experience with serviced accommodation or property sourcing
