Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.
Lead, coach, and motivate the business development team by setting clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance expectations.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by defining target industries, ideal customer profiles, and outreach strategies.
Create, manage, and optimize outbound sales campaigns through
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by conducting discovery calls, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing new business.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals, recommend solutions, and ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
Monitor pipeline performance, forecast revenue, and analyze sales metrics to continuously improve results and business development strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring all prospect interactions and activities are properly documented.
Build long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, referrals, and additional services.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to uncover new growth opportunities.
Support additional business initiatives and responsibilities as needed to help achieve company goals.
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or a related field.
2+ years of experience leading or managing a business development or sales team is strongly preferred.
Proven success developing and executing outbound sales strategies using
Experience selling B2B services is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of sales pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM best practices.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar systems.
Demonstrated ability to improve sales processes and increase conversion rates.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment.
Available to work during U.S. business hours.
