Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – BPO & Outsourcing (Fully Remote)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager with strong lead generation experience to help scale our fully remote BPO and offshore staffing services. The ideal candidate has a strong background in selling outsourcing solutions (call center, back-office, virtual assistants, or remote staffing) to international clients.
This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to help companies build high-performing offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and target decision-makers across industries such as e-commerce, healthcare, logistics, real estate, tech startups, and professional services.
Conduct outbound lead generation through LinkedIn, email outreach, data scraping tools, cold calling, and automation platforms.
Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of qualified prospects.
Research companies, buying signals, and market trends to support outbound strategy.

Business Development & Sales
Present and pitch our outsourcing and remote staffing solutions based on client needs.
Conduct discovery calls, product/service walkthroughs, and proposal presentations via Zoom or other platforms.
Handle the full sales cycle—from outbound outreach to closing deals.
Work closely with operations and recruitment to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Manage follow-ups and nurture warm leads through structured outreach sequences.
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing client accounts.

Reporting & KPIs
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM accuracy and track outreach metrics (calls, emails, campaigns, conversions).
Provide weekly reports on pipeline, lead quality, and sales performance.

Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience in BPO/outsourcing/remote staffing sales or business development.
Strong lead generation background, familiar with tools like Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Uptics, or similar.
Proven track record of closing remote clients internationally.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Comfortable managing high-volume outreach and working independently in a remote setup.
Strong understanding of outsourcing models (staff leasing, dedicated teams, call center services, VAs, contractors).

Preferred Skills
Experience selling into US, Canada, UK, or AU markets.
Background in high-volume outbound or SDR management is a plus.
Tech-savvy with strong CRM, data research, and automation tool skills.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
